Advanta (“we”) provides a lead-generation, customer-management, and business-analytics platform for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is a template summary — review it with counsel before relying on it for production.

Account information: your name, email, and password when you register.
Business data you enter: leads, customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, and messages you create or import.
Usage information: approximate device and interaction data that helps us keep the service secure and improve it.
Information from integrations: when you connect a service (for example Slack or Stripe), we receive the data needed to make that integration work, subject to that service’s own terms.

We use your information to operate and maintain your account, provide the features you request, send service and support messages, prevent abuse, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Advanta (for example hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), under agreements that limit how they may use it. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transit, scoped access controls, and per-tenant data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.

Advanta is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the revised date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
